ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Absolutely. ELSA Bridal specializes in bespoke gowns. From silhouette to fabric, embellishment to neckline, every element can be tailored to your vision.
Production time typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Custom measurements and virtual consultations are available to guide brides globally through the process.
FITTING & SIZING
We provide a detailed size guide and virtual consultation to ensure precise measurements. You may also visit our atelier or a local tailor for assistance.
Minor alterations are common. We offer alteration support at our studio or work with recommended partners near your location.
PAYMENT & PRICING
Our dresses typically range from $800 to $3000 USD, depending on the level of customization and fabric choice.
We accept all major credit cards, international bank transfers, and PayPal.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The balance is due before shipping or final fitting.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes. We ship to most countries via trusted couriers like DHL and FedEx.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the bespoke nature of our gowns, all custom orders are final sale. We recommend reviewing all details thoroughly before confirming your order.
We do not offer refunds on custom gowns unless there is a manufacturing defect. Each case is reviewed individually.
