We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Elsa Bridal gown. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn, unused, with all tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@elsabridal.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@elsabridal.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure you are taken care of.
We are unable to accept returns on:
Customized or made-to-measure dresses
Sale items or gift cards
Personal care products
Items that pose health or safety risks (hazardous materials, flammable liquids, etc.)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
If you’d like to exchange your item, we recommend returning it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no questions asked. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
