All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that made-to-order or custom gowns may require additional lead time. If applicable, these details will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated via email.
We ship worldwide and are proud to serve brides across the globe. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States & Canada: 14–20 business days
International Orders: 15–30 business days
Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for deliveries to remote areas.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
